Hey there! I’m Assya, Legal Officer and I want to share an exciting (and nerve-wracking!) experience about facing a challenge that initially felt impossible. At that time, I had to draft a contract for a project, but there was one big obstacle: I wasn\u2019t familiar with some of the technical terms used. Imagine having to understand a complex project and then translating it into super formal legal language. It felt like being an impostor in Among Us, completely lost! \ud83d\ude35\u200d\ud83d\udcab <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Impossible to Possible<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At first, I felt stuck. But I realized that panicking wouldn\u2019t solve anything. So, I started taking small steps to understand the unfamiliar terms. I made an effort to look up their meanings before consulting with the project lead, ensuring that our discussions would be more effective. This way, I could gain a deeper understanding and adapt more quickly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tips & Tricks for Tackling a Mission Impossible<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From this experience, I learned a few things that can help when facing similar challenges: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Don\u2019t overthink \u2018what if scenarios.\u2019<\/strong> Sometimes, we get caught up worrying about worst-case scenarios, when what really matters is taking action. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Have a growth mindset.<\/strong> Believe that we can overcome things that initially seem impossible. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Learning by doing.<\/strong> If we only think about the problem, the work won\u2019t get done. No matter how tough it is, just keep making progress every day! <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Don\u2019t hesitate to ask for help.<\/strong> Teamwork is crucial. By working together, even the hardest tasks become manageable. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Enjoy the process.<\/strong> Every challenge comes with valuable lessons. The more we embrace it, the more we grow. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Amidst all these challenges, one principle has always guided me: Enjoy!<\/strong> I truly believe that embracing the process is the key to handling pressure and change in the workplace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Acceptance, not reluctant:<\/strong> I learned to accept changes and seek deeper understanding before feeling overwhelmed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                • Motivating and Influencing:<\/strong> I strived to stay motivated and share positive energy with my team so we could tackle challenges together. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  From this experience, I realized that what initially seemed like a “mission impossible” can actually turn into something achievable.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
