Pak Ariadi Sukamto is the Director of Logistic and Energy Ecosystem as well as the CEO of Armada Bahtera Semesta. From the moment I joined TRIVE, he has made a lasting impression on me in terms of integrity.
What’s the Reason?
During my first three months at TRIVE, I had the opportunity to have a discussion with him, and three key aspects stood out that truly demonstrated his integrity:

Every time he asks a question, gives feedback, or makes a decision, he always relies on solid facts and data from the field. No decision is made based on mere assumptions.

If he encounters a gap or something he doesn’t fully understand, he is never hesitant to ask openly. This attitude reflects his commitment to minimizing mistakes and ensuring a better understanding in every discussion.
- Focus on Achieving Ideal Results
When working towards a goal, he never takes shortcuts that compromise quality. Instead, he always strives for the best possible outcome through the right approach.
From that discussion, I learned an essential principle that I hold onto in my work: every step and decision must be based on data, facts, and a focus on achieving the best possible outcome.
